HOW WE STARTED

The last few years have been hard for everyone. Music became our escape, helping us be more mindful and connect with our feelings. This made us want to share something to help others unwind. So, we came up with Music For Teen Mental Health (M4TMH). With help from friends and family, we made M4TMH a reality. Our mission is to kindle a love for music and showcase its power to cultivate harmony, especially through classical music, which has been shown to greatly enhance the mental well-being of teenagers.

ABOUT US

Music For Teen Mental Health is a Colorado-based 501 (c)(3) charitable organization. It develops fundraisers led by teen musicians that play classical music to foster teen mental health and mindfulness. Every penny we raise through donations, concert tickets, merchandise, and performances goes to supporting families in providing counseling, camps, and programs for troubled teens.
